Customers are requested to use the schedule option for renewal before expiry to continue the uninterupeted internet services.
Customers can renew the Unlimited Packages any time within expiry date using schedule option, Then package is automatically renewed on expiry date without disconnection.
Customers can renew the FUP Packages any time within expiry date using schedule option, Then package is automatically renewed on expiry date.
The Package validity depends on your selected price options.
Package carry Over forward facilities will be depends on FUP package settings.
Single package has different vaildity and price list. The packages price list will change depends on area.
TERMS & CONDITIONS RELATED TO ONLINE REFUND POLICY
When the transaction is incomplete, In the sense that the Topup or User package is not renewed, But payment has been Deducted.
The deducted amount will be refunded through Gateway process only and no cash refunds will be made.
Payment refund within 7 working days.
