When the online Payment is incomplete, In the sense that the User Topup or Package is not renewed, But payment has been Deducted.
The deducted amount will be refunded through original payment mode only.
Payment refund within 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy
When the customer has subscribed internet pack and If customer wants to cancel the subscription, the Cancellation will be accepted with below two conditions.
If cancellation occurs in the same day then platform charges with GST @ 18% will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded through original payment mode only.
If cancellation occurs different day the subscription amount for that day will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded through original payment mode only.
Offer Packages Charges which are non refundable. Service Taxes will be charged GST @ 18%.
Bundle Package subscription cancellation will not be accepted.
